A night for those still with us—and those we carry with us.
Join us for an intimate premium dinner celebrating memory, tradition, and the spirit of Oaxaca through the complete collection of Hedonistas mezcal. Throughout the evening, we’ll explore each Hedonistas expression side by side, discovering how different agaves, growing conditions, and years of patient maturation create entirely distinct aromas, textures, and flavors.
Chef Bijan will create a multi-course menu inspired by the occasion and designed specifically around the mezcals, with each dish revealing another dimension of the agave.. from bright and floral to earthy, mineral, roasted, and deeply complex.
More than a tasting, this will be a celebration of the people, places, and traditions that endure long after a bottle is opened. An evening of fire, agave, memory, and celebration.
