Today, Yellowstone is produced by Limestone Branch Distillery in Lebanon, Kentucky, under the careful guidance of seventh-generation distiller Stephen Beam and his family. Their modern revival of the brand honors its rich past while embracing innovation, producing distinctive expressions that range from the classic Select bourbon to award-winning limited editions and bold new releases like Small Batch 107.
To pay tribute to these exceptional bourbons — known for their layered flavors of caramel, oak, spice, and subtle sweetness — Chef Bijan and our bar team have crafted an exclusive paired tasting menu. Each course and cocktail has been thoughtfully designed to showcase the character and nuance of Yellowstone’s portfolio, from its approachable flagship expressions to its more adventurous finishes.
