Chef Bijan will present a multi course menu designed with precision and intent, each dish composed to complement and elevate the character of every pour. This is a study in balance and restraint, where bold flavors meet nuanced wines and each pairing reveals something new with every course.
Throughout the evening, guests will be guided through the progression with insight into the craftsmanship behind both the cuisine and the wines. Expect a seamless interplay between plate and glass, executed with the attention to detail that defines the Porterhouse experience.
