Spend an evening immersed in the world of Suntory, the house that helped bring Japanese whisky to global acclaim. Founded in 1923 by Shinjiro Torii, its philosophy of “wa” (harmony) guides every bottle.
Crafted at renowned distilleries like Yamazaki Distillery and Hakushu Distillery, these whiskies are known for their balance and layered elegance, built through meticulous blending and a range of casks, including rare Mizunara oak.
For this dinner, Chef Bijan and our bar team present a menu inspired by that same philosophy. Each course is thoughtfully paired to complement or contrast the whisky, enhancing flavor, texture, and depth. The experience progresses from bright and delicate to rich and contemplative, inviting you to enjoy select pours neat along the way.

This experience includes a welcome cocktail and five courses paired with generous pours from the Suntory lineup, including Hibiki Harmony, Hakushu 12, and Yamazaki Distiller’s Reserve.
